Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services from Pacoima Dumpster Rental Group. By booking a dumpster with us you agree to the following.

Rental period & fees

Quoted rates include delivery, a set rental window, pickup, and disposal up to the agreed weight allowance. Extended rentals, overweight loads, and prohibited materials may incur additional charges disclosed before they apply.

Prohibited materials

Certain materials cannot be placed in our bins, including hazardous waste, wet paint, tires, batteries, and refrigerants. Ask us if you're unsure — placing prohibited items may incur fees and disposal delays.

Placement & access

You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal placement and clear access for our truck. Placement on public streets or right-of-way may require a City of Los Angeles permit.

Liability

We take care to protect your property, but you are responsible for ensuring the placement surface can bear the weight of a loaded container. We are not liable for pre-existing surface conditions.
